From the hares: From Cock RB at Dorking go South on A24. At next RB continue on A24. On reaching A24/A29 RB take second minor road signposted Capel. Continue into centre of Village (The Street), passing ON ON Pub on right. Continue a further quarter of a mile and then park along left side of road adjacent to green area/pond. Further parking slightly further up the road on same side, or park a la Petal style. 
Alternatively, travel 1.8 miles further south on the A24 and turn left into Coles Lane and left at the end into The Street.  Pond will be on the right.
