Privacy Statement
We are a Private Members’ Club, so what we do is …. Private!
Members’ and Friends’ personal information
We respect the privacy of our Members and Friends and their personal information. We will not knowingly disclose it outside SH3 without prior permission, which we shall not presume. All Members and Friends provide, and we keep, details of names and personal e-mail addresses for the purpose of communication with them. These details are not held on the website.
Other information held
Most Members also provide postal addresses and telephone numbers, which are rarely used. We also keep records of the type of membership held, subscriptions paid, names of family members, nicknames/handles, the number of trails laid and communication preferences.
Information, statistics and photographs of individuals may appear on the website or in a newsletter from time to time, albeit attributed to their hash handles.
Bank account information is held solely by Hash Cash.

- Distribution of the weekly communications to Members and Friends of the hash who have opted in.
