From M4 Jn 12 take A4 Bath Road towards Newbury for 1 mile then right at roundabout onto A340 towards Pangbourne.  Take first left, Common Hill (sp Bradfield College, etc.) for 5.3 miles and pass through Bradfield.  Turn left into Back Lane (sp Stanford Dingley & Bucklebury).  Black Barn will be on your right after 1 mile.
