Check out the map from the links to the left and then plan to approach the start in a south easterly direction from the B3012 Guildford Road.  Access will be from either Pirbright/Brookwood to the east, or from the Hog’s Back (A31) & Blackwater Valley Road (A331).  From the Rose and Thistle pub mini roundabout follow the B3012 Guildford Road.  Entrance to Old Guildford Road is 650m on the right after you have crossed over the hump-backed bridge with traffic lights over the canal.  Run site is on Old Guildford Road after 900m.

Unless you have a 4WD we suggest you park BEFORE the start point as the road is heavily used by dog walkers, and their parked vehicles, so on a Sunday morning it will be a matter of finding a spot to the side of the road that is free, and not blocking the road, nor blocking the road outside two newly built houses close by, and shortly before the run site.  There is not much space for turning if you drive all the way to the run site start area, and find no parking spaces (which is likely).
