Take the Milford junction on A3 and follow signs for the B3001 to Elstead and Farnham. After 2.5 miles (4 km), go through Elstead village, and turn left at the triangular village green, with Spar mini-market, onto Thursley Road.

Follow this road for approx. 2 miles (3.2 km) and at the Z bend in the road, turn right into Truxford Lane (not marked). The Hankley Common Main Drop Zone Car Park is at the end of the lane to the left of the barrier.

If you get to left hand turn signposted to Thursley, you have gone too far.

Pub – The Golden Fleece, Elstead.  Hash friendly pub plus excellent Thai food.  Go back to Elstead village green and turn left and pub will be on the left after 50 yards. 6 minute journey.
