Directions/details
Take M25 to J10 then A3 south. Leave A3 immediately after Hindhead Tunnel and follow A333 sp Hindhead and Grayshott. After 0.4m at roundabout take B3002 left towards Grayshott. After 0.7m note the Fox and Pelican on right. 
From Grayshott head west on the B3002, Headley Road for 0.6 mile and at a bend bear left into Ludshott Common Road (not Waggoners Wells Road). It becomes a concrete track. Follow the lane for about half a mile and parallel park tidily at the concrete barrier and track junction.
Sandwich lunch in the Fox & Pelican for all those who have registered, 14:00 for 14:30. Then On On to the hotel for freshening up and pre-dinner drinks at 19:00, where the GM will be awaiting you. Disco until midnight.

Fall out of bed and find the front door. Follow the crowd.
This year’s AGM will be held after trail no. 2568 and circle. It will be in the Gurkha Garden restaurant which is a 3 minute drive or 21 minute walk from the hotel. Places have been confirmed in advance and those attending will be issued with a food and drink voucher.
