Celebrate with SH3 at the annual

Jingle Bells run and party

  When: Sunday 8 December, Run 11.00

 Where: West Clandon British Legion Club, West Clandon, Guildford GU4 7TD

 Cost: £13 per person

 What is included: 3 course lunch from Clever Trevor and Terminator, welcome drink voucher (£4), Secret Santa (c/o Atalanta), Christmas carols, music, games organised from your games mistresses.

Menu: Steak Pie/Pudding, Tiramisu or Blackcurrant and Apple Crumble and Custard or Bakewell Tart, Cheese and Biscuits.

Drinks arailable at the bar. Beer (Ranmore) £3.80 per pint. Wine available at £15 per bottle or BYO and pay £4.50 corkage per bottle payable to the bar.

Secret Santa is back!

Secret Santa is inviting you to participate in giving a gift to a loved fellow hasher. If you would like to participate in the fun this year, just tick “yes” on the Jingle Bells registration form linked below.  Atalanta will ask Santa who you need to buy a gift for. It’s a bargain – you need to buy them a present for as close to £10 as you can get and in return you will get the gift you knew you couldn’t live without!

Please let us know by 24 November, after which Atalanta will let you know for whom you are buying a gift and you will have time to get it and hand it over before celebrations start at our Jingle Bells lunch.

15 December 2024 – THE HORSLEY LIVE MUSIC CLUB FUNKY CHRISTMAS PARTY

The coolest party in Horsley.  Not a hash event, but all welcome!

This will be held at Horsley Towers on Sunday 15th December.​  Our theme this year is ‘Cool as Funk’ and we’ll all be strutting our stuff on the dance floor to JAFUSO BLUE – top London soul, funk and disco party band. Last year’s party was brilliant and we’ll be looking to emulate that, whilst selling tickets at the amazingly low price of just £20 (including booking fee).
