Join SH3 as we honour 50 years of camaraderie, countless miles run /walked together and beer drinking!

Whether you’ve been part of our journey from the beginning in April 1975 or just laced up your running shoes, this event is for you.

When:   Saturday 5 – Sunday 6 April 2025

Where:   Devil’s Punchbowl Hotel, Hindhead

Dress theme:   Opulent Gold

What is included?:

• Saturday Run followed by sandwich lunch at Fox and Pelican, Grayshott
• 3 Course dinner including welcome drink plus ½ bottle of wine and disco
• Sunday Breakfast followed by Run
• Curry lunch at the Gurkha Garden, Grayshott
• Celebration patch and optional T-shirt (£ price tba)

Hotel accommodation now all sold.

Due to unexpected high demand for our 50th weekend we are sadly unable to offer the full package offered initially to everyone.

We have also been made aware that not everyone would like to take part in all aspects of the weekend. (Update your choices using the button below).  

We have therefore decided to split / uncouple the event to reflect separate events as follows:

• Saturday 5 April 2025 – SH3 50 Years Celebration
• Sunday 6 April 2025 – Surrey AGM Run and curry lunch

For the Sunday AGM curry lunch, SH3 members have been given priority.  Those already signed up for the weekend package should have already paid and are included.  However, there may be limited spaces available for the Saturday evening celebration (without accommodation).

We apologise for this change but we consider this is the fairest way to ensure that interested hashers are still able to take part in some aspect of the celebration after such great demand.
